BMC applied a Carlisle waterproofing system based on drawings and specifications in hand, consisting of: -Roofs, Terraces, Balconies, and planters waterproofing system consisting of:: Carlisle EPDM 60 mil fully adhered using bonding adhesive with all required auxiliaries materials – Geotextile 200gsm as a seperation and protection layer – Flashtite 1400 as aluminum termination bar with Plyflex 1200 sealant as pointing mastic- Extruded polystyrene asThermal insulation board -Wet areas and Water tank waterproofing system consisting of: Two components Cementitious coating -Facades waterproofing system: water based latex rubberized bitumen protective coating.
